1 Mana for an Arcane spell? The instant isn't too much of an advantage. Enchantments can be pesky or can be such that your creatures can't attack or blah blah blah. I like this card.

I think this is better than Demystify because of the fact that it's an Arcane. Although Kamigawa is limited in scope, it's still useful to splice stuff on.

This card is awesome! I love disenchants (thus the name Cloudchaser Kestrel) - and this is one of the best I think. One mana, disenchants, and has a quiet pure flavor in picture and name that Demystify can't compare to.
