Suits greatly to Mirrodin as addition to the -sorcery discards like Ostracize and Duress. But when not playing Mirrodin-block-constructed, i'd definitely prefer Duress over this one since i most often won't encounter artifact creatures or artifact lands.

Not a lot of cards with Glissa Sunseeker on them. At least, I'm pretty sure that's Glissa. The only one besides the new Glissa, the Traitor that I can think of is Wet Willie of the Damned. Wish there was more of her, I read the Mirrodin cycle's books and she's an awesome character.

it's not exactly a cabal ritual, but it make a nice little side board addition. i have a friend who runs art. alot so i run 2 of these in a deck along with my cabal rits and glasses of urza. cheap and effective !!

I am not sure what you guys have as a metagame but jitte and swords of any sort are pretty big in the legacy metagame here so I wouldn't mind running these at all. Chances are you'll hit something or at least make them show you what they're up to. I still agree that duress andcabal therapy are better but this isn't bad and deserves a little more credit.

Don't forget, it hits artifact creatures and lands. Duress can't.
I'd still never lose it, but still. It isn't strictly worse than Duress in the slightest.
