It isn't quite unblockable; if you block it with a strong enough creature you can kill it. But yeah, it's strong. Pretty awesome as well.

Kills enemy flying and almost guaranteed to do at least six damage to an opponent. Very nice, and with Sangrite Surge, or any other massive powerup, it becomes devastating.

Except it isn't unblockable. Creatures can still block it, and deal damage to it. However, the difference with Tornado Elemental is that its controller can choose whether it deals its combat damage like creatures normally do, or as though it were not blocked. Thorn Elemental has the same type of ability.

Storm Crow has an invisible ability: "Tornado Elemental destroys itself instead of Storm Crow, because Storm Crow CANNOT die."
