This card sucks as long as you're exactly the same height as your opponent. :P
But if you both taller and shorter at the same time, well then look out!

Rules question: if you are in a Schrödinger's cat-esque quantum state wherein you are simultaneously taller and shorter than your opponent, do you get both bonuses?

This card does not say HOW you have to be taller or shorter then your opponent. So if you need that extra 1 toughness, get on your knee's and watch how your opponent is magically "taller" then you now. You need that extra 1 point in damage? Stand on a chair/table to gain that extra power.
You need to deal damage to kill a 2/3 card?
GET ON YOUR KNEES WELP! because it will make it 1 point weaker in toughness ;)
