It's not exactly horrible, but... Oh who are we kidding, it gives you the ability to pay 2 for a 1/1 token around once a turn, and only if you have enough spirit or arcanes.
It's better than The Hive, I give you that.

Probably more suitable as a spirit/arcane control deck than aggressive ones, since you would cast a lot of spells that would maintain the pressure and will build up for your army later.

C'mon guys this here is awesome in the right deck. In a spirit deck with Long-Forgotten Goheis, this spurns out 2/2's or 3/3s every turn for only 2 mana. Not bad for a compliment card.

Yuck. If I want to make 1/1s, I'll just play an Elspeth. Because 15 bucks for a planeswalker is a better deal than the embarrassment of making a crappy Arcane deck.
