Very good. You can remove +1/+1 counters from target permanent and charge up your parasite with +1/+0 counters.

The best part about this guy is that he takes away -1/-1 counters along with neutralizing Tumble Magnets and PW. The pump is almost insult to injury. I killed your Jace, the Mind Sculptor? Take 4.

Cards don't get much more ridiculous than this guy. There are so many powerful things with counters just WAITING to be eaten by this thing. JtMS, Quest for the Holy Relic, Koth of the Hammer, Khalni Heart, Everflowing Chalice, even the severely underrated Grindclock. This little thing is as game-changing as Blightsteel Colossus. And it costs 1 mana.

This would laugh at Jace harder if all the Jace decks didn't have Mental Misstep now.

So much for that 'printing answers to Jace' business.

I love three things about this card, in conjunction with my Kuldotha Rebirth deck. First off, it makes it playable again. I have been placing between fourth and sixth at my FNM of about thirty people for the last few months. Second, it balances deck completely, giving it answers where before it had gaping holes in it's strategy. And finally, it switches the flavor of the the deck from the rebelious mirran goblin renegades, to the insane, phyrexian goblin hordes of the now corrupted Kuldotha Forges. Love it. 5/5
