Not really. Hell, if you're dead set on having a 2/4 flying Drake for 2UU, you might as well go with Darkslick Drake and draw a card when it dies.

I must dig mr guildmage for pointing out a card that makes azure drake not strictly better. But strictly better means in a vacuum, so its situationally better than azure drake but not strictly better
