@Szentekkel: Well, McThor is not stupid: if you actually looked at the card, you would notice that this can only enchant a tapped creature, while Paralyzing Grasp can enchant any creature. Please review your case before using such vulgarities as "stupid".

This card is strictly worse than the new(ish) Zendikar card Paralyzing Grasp. Which is just yet another reason not to run it.

Trying to find an instance for when Paralyzing grasp is not strictly better is... daunting. This has better art and flavortext but that doesn't cut it.

@Szentekkel, This is "Enchant Tapped creature", and Paralyzing Grasp is "Enchant Creature". If they manage to untap the creature you are trying to enchant in response, this will fizzle.
