Good ol' Wangle Dangler. Feed it some Infiltration Lens. Also I love the fact that you can have 2 of them, make all of your opponent's creatures block one and pump or Twisted Image the other for 5 poison counters :)

Uses I've found for him:
Killing weenies
Making a decent blocker against particularly aggressive weenies
Making all your opponents blockers block him so your big dudes can get through
Switching his power and toughness unexpectedly (twisted image is even in the same set)
Overall a great card, many uses depending on the situation
