NozzDogg- blinking and bouncing are fairly different things.

I think replacing this with Venser is a good idea, but I'd use Shaper-Savant, not Sojourner.

I could've made the Venser Vs. Koth sets ten times better... but then when people bought them they'd just get a mildly altered Fire and Lightning for Koth and Ponder instead of Preordain in Venser... hmmm...

Eh, just stick another Galepowder Mage in the deck

Don't worry I know the difference between blink and bounce. I just no which I'd prefer for my mana.

I'd agree with NozzDogg, this is fairly expensive.

If you're searching for a cheaper rogue to trigger enter-the-battlefield abilities of creatures,
there are two decent one-drops that can do that for youl:
-Try Nephalia Smuggler for a reusable instant-speed flicker.
-Try Faerie Impostor for a single bounce.
