Cool new art and flavour text. I'm not sure I agree with him as a rare, but it's always nice to see old favourites reprinted, especially outside of a core set. Along with Serra Angel, he's a solid 4/4 flyer that was good back in the days of Revised, good during Odyssey and still good now.

My friend had one as a kid, and between his Serra Angel, Ball Lightning, and Sengir Vampire of course, I rarely ever won. I'm never disappointed to see any of them come back around these days.
