6/5 for flavor text alone. That said, most of the time when you'd draw this when there is a defender on the opponent's side it has the exact same effect as just another castable creature. Then when they don't have a defender a castable creature would be killing them while this rots in your hand.

It tells us quite a bit about Ruric Thar. I personally never would have realized both his heads could carry a conversation.
