The important part ist hat the creature is dealing the damage, not the enchantment. Think of deathtouch, or vampires that get counters when they kill something.

I think this card is interesting. The ability to R=1 dmg to fliers is pretty sweet. and wizards tries to balance that buy making it an enchant creature, which makes it vulnerable to both terror and disenchant. With all that i feel the card is a little weak. Still a fun idea tho.
