3/1/2010	The last ability counts the total number of +1/+1 counters on Joraga Warcaller, not just the ones placed on it as a result of its "enters" ability.
11/8/2024	If a spell's kicker cost was paid, the spell is "kicked."
11/8/2024	The kicker ability doesn't let you pay a kicker cost more than once.
