Something like a repeatable Oblivion Ring? A worse Prison Term? Still, not bad, gives off-colors a way to deal with huge creatures.

I'm surprised an Equipment hasn't been printed which is similar to this artifact...

The best use of this artifact isn't against opponent's creatures, use it on your own creatures to save them or to get multiple uses out of "comes into play" effects. A great card for multiplayer (esp Commander).

Use this to save your best creature then cast the sweeper....

Plus it retains the enchantments and counters!

This card is amazing in EDH. It removes opponent's creatures (especially cards like Iona). It saves your own creatures from board wiping. Its also great with "come into play effects". Mulldrifter? Draw 2 cards each turn. Entering the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters? Double its counters each turn!

in the right build this card can do some serious damage, it can save your creatures from getting killed, repeats comes into play effects, takes care of your opponents large/annoying critters, and looks cool all at the same time!

A very interesting card idea, and one that I'm surprised hasn't been revisited.

Man, I forgot all about that '70s-style sci-fi block.
