Deserves to be reprinted since it ironically tends to hose the most broken artifacts the easiest.

The art should have showed the T1000 being melted in a giant, confusingly placed vat of molten metal. Just sayin.

Good card. I could see a rare version of this in a future set that has the damage ability of Detonate added on.

Should have been printed in Original Mirrodin. Should NOT have been printed in Scars of Mirrodin. The 'Modern, updated' version of this card would be as BonniePrinceCharlie says, but(!) it would cost XXRR, largely negating how 'Spikey' it is and really being more of a "Timmy-style Boom".

R&D currently basically believes that if it's doing it's job, it should not be the case that it needs to print Spikey answer cards (low cost booms, 1 cost kills, and 2 cost counters). I think that I wish that wasn't the case, but I also think that there is a difference between is and ought, and R&D is probably right that the only reason to have cards this good at answering is if something has gone wrong with the thing its answering.

If I go second in a Vintage match I'd mulligan until I get mountain and this in my opening hand and destroy all my opponents moxes.
