Might as well be a 3/3 unblockable. Since white rarely gets this, the card is better than it seems at first glance.

Portal III card! Oh boy! It'd help if I knew what Horsemanship is and why it makes a 3/3 white creature worth FIVE mana!

Pretty much like flying, huh? Well, I guess it's OK, but it's only playable in Vintage or Legacy, and that's where a lot of the decks don't play creatures much at all. In all, this card is mediocre.
