I'll take a red goblin over a red soldier any day, although there are certainly more choices of the former.

I would really enjoy seeing a reprint of this is in RtR block or M14, for use in my human tribal deck. Not bad, not bad at all.

The fact that it's creature type is "human soldier rogue" makes it better than raging goblin.....REALLY want this to be reprinted.
