Funnily enough, it's not a bad idea at all to Marshal your troops before rallying them.

Just play Vitalize. Splash green if you need it in a white deck.

Um, I think this card needs to be an instant.
Not that I know everything there is to know about Portal. Maybe that set didn't have instants. But sorceries can't be played in combat - only instants.

One of those retarted "Sorceries" until you realise the time you can cast it is when you'd want to anyway, and it 1 mana, it can be used to kill off a buch of creatures and attack for the win next turn.
