Good card here. Prefer Curse of Chainsat the two mana slot for variety. This card is good but opponent can still block with the creature.

Note that this prevents all damage from the creature, not just combat damage. So it also shuts down things like Spikeshot Elder, whereas Pacifism would have essentially no effect.

@Wholelottalove That's true, but how Shadow works means that it can only block creatures with Shadow. So yeah, it can block. But there's not much it *can* block.
