I love this card with Wee Dragonauts. Hell, I play a deck surrounding that combo. Highly recommended.

Very underrated.
Assault Strobe is a Sorcery for 1 less, but doesn't cantrip, and it's rated 4.26
Double Cleave is 4.33, and it doesn't cantrip.
As long as you are playing multicolored creatures, Psychotic Fury kicks both of their a$$es.

Give Rakdos the Defiler double strike when Anthem of Rakdos is in play and you're Hellbent and he'd swing for 36dmg.

Nope, Anthem of Rakdos grants an additional 2 power to Rakdos' 7/6 stats in addition to doubling the damage he deals, making the most simplified permutation of that 4 x 9; e.g., 36.

Considering Double Cleave was released in a set where all the creatures were multicolored anyway, I have no idea why this is rated lower.
