The French printing of this card can target creatures as well. Worth knowing when you play with R&D's Secret Lair.

This is the greatest card for a red temp control deck.. Threaten, Act of Treason, Word of Seizing etc etc..
Take their creature for a turn, attack with it, if it survives then sac it and ping your opponent for 1,excellent, though it was better before M10 rules as the creature could deal it's damage to another creature and then get sacced but still, excellent for red control...

Why is this rated so low? At worst, it's a 1 mana one-drop that can ping your opponent each time one of your creatures die.
