I imagine the Door to Nothingness thing as your opponent opening it and then Willbender tripping them.

"Heheheh, oops..."

A truly great card.
- can mess up even spells with split second
- can change the target on which an aura is played on
- can change the target of equipment (still only on their creatures, but still helps sometimes, when they use their last mana for the equip ability, and it lands then on a guy where it makes no sense)
- works not only on spells but also on abilities
- is in the worst case a 2/2 for 3 colorless

Most often you play it, your opponent will try to kill it beeing scared of the morphed guy. Then you unmorph it, and make them kill one of their own creature, leaving them with a card less in hand, a creature less in play, wasted mana, and you have still some 1/2 dork in play.

Well, first off, this thing CAN be used against split second, because split second only mentions activated abilities and spells, nothing about TRIGGERED abilities, and morph does not use the stack. That all said, I love this creature. My favorite experience using him has to be redirecting a Door to Nothingness to take out the player using it. Good times.

It can mess with split second because unmorph does not use the stack, it just happens.
It can't mess with molten disaster however. >:D

Yeah, he can't use the ability against a split second card.

You can morph him when a split second is on the stack, but his ability would be negated by the split second because "activated or triggered abilities cannot be played." So essentially, you'd be changing your 2/2 colorless into a 1/2 blue creature for 2 mana, with no triggered ability.

Still an excellent creature. Can be used against things like Banefire, and it has the key difference from things like Swerve because it can be used on spells OR abilities.

4.5/5
