Stifle is the only card I know of that can counter an activated ability. ~$12 a piece too.

Mock turtle the sac is part of the cost so even in whatever world you live in where destroying the abilities source will destroy the ability thats on the stack you still couldn't target it with naturalize.

@somegeek
There are 13 cards that can counter activated abilities, most are actually pretty cheap $-wise.

Goes well with a new card from Gatecrash: Enter the Infinite (Draw your whole deck, put one card back, no max hand size).
So what you do is cast Enter the Infinite. Next turn do the following:
1) Draw last card
2) Tap 7 lands, cast Jokulhaups
3) Cast the crypt
4) Cast One with Nothing
5) Sac the crypt targeting yourself (note that it will be in the graveyard and exile itself)
Result: No cards in hand, library, graveyard or in play. You have become completely one with nothing. Imagine the looks on your opponent's faces!

Excellent card that does exactly what it needs to at a reasonable cost.
Do you always need to remove a graveyard? No, probably not, but when you do, Tormod's Crypt is right there waiting for you.

Well, there went all my hopes of reanimated creatures, flashback, dredge or any other fun stuff.
