only 3 cards for cmc3-4 + x cmc for enabling spell +3-4cmc for another use? there are better options... should have more milling to be good imo

Perhaps if it built up charges or milled cards in response to some kind of action...
This card is just too expensive to be consistently sacrificed and played.

This card is underrated, not for its mill ability, but being able to return it to your hand whenever you play a multicolored spell. It's draw advantage, and if you have an effect that makes you discard a card then this is going to be your first target aside from obvious madness cards etc.
