It's good with R&D's Secret Lair. But search for older wordings for real lifegain shenanigans.

Ivory Cup, while not a particularly good card, is the best Revised has to offer for life gain in white. Healing Salve is 3 life and done, and Farmstead is ridiculously overcosted for a one-life-a-turn land enchantment with an upkeep, so... Ivory Cup. Wow. Top o' the heap.
