One of my favorite cycles of dual lands. The 1 damage on the second ability is negligible 99% of the time, and if you really want to stay at a high life total, you can fall back on its first ability. Not as good as Ravnica shocklands (or original duals, but that goes without saying), but about on par with M10-style duals. Easy 4.5/5 for me.

Get an Essence Warden or Soul Warden into play and the damage won't be a problem.
