I love the whole "fill in the blanks" wording on this card.

Late in a game, have a Sadistic Glee on a creature, preferably with some good evasion ability or abilities, then Pestilence to destroy all your swamp-creatures and give the enchanted creature a huge pump for the knockout punch.

Interestingly, black's version of Living Lands comes in artifact form, but this probably was no accident. Green is about having a lot of creatures and buffing them. It comes as no surprise that green would want to turn its Forests into an assault force. Quite the opposite with black. As Tavaritz mentioned, Pestilence is rendered useless by Kormus Bell. There could be occasions where a black player could benefit from an army of Swamp creatures, but 9 times out of 10, Kormus Bell is played as a way for an opponent to destroy the black wizard's lands.
