I use this in a pauper deck. Full of common Suspend guys with tons of removal and counter spells.It takes forever to win but nothing is better than winning with it.

Hmm... Lots of text on the card, way over-priced, a Homarid - WAIT, it must be Fallen Empires! But where's the flavor. Argh, why can't they just print flavorful over-complicated misbegotten Homarids like back in glory days of Camarid summer?
Strictly better than Dwarven Catapult.
