Classic. Effect becomes universally known after its name. Flavor text, standard. Playability? No.

I wouldn't mind putting it to any deck if you know you going to play with someone who will search & put them on top of their library. Against Ponder, Brainstorm or Merrow Harbinger and it always will be bit of classic fun.
