Good point EpitomeOfEvilness, but that does not make this card obsolete, although Vapor Snag it better when used offensively to bounce your opponents creatures, defensively Unsummon is better since you can do things like this:
Opponent: I'll swing at your with my 4/4 Obstinate Baloth..
You: I'll block with my Phyrexian Crusader...then Unsummon him after first strike damage (leaving the Obstinate Baloth as a 2/2 with 2 -1/-1 counters on it)
The card also works elegantly with creatures that have awesome enters the battlefield effects, such as Wall of Omens or Augury Owl.

Vapor Snag is not strictly better, because I'd really just as soon not pay a life to bounce back one of my other creatures.
