After rereading it, I realized that the land comes into play untapped unlike rampant growth.
Interesting... This could have been good at instant speed, but it just doesn't cut it for me... I'll give it an average score of 2.5/5

This is like Search for Tomorrow without the suspend, which isn't THAT horrible. Probably best in a deck with lots of one mana spells, since you're going to have trouble utilising that untapped land otherwise.

Well, at least it's better than Harrow if you're playing against a counter-heavy deck...having Harrow countered just SUCKS.
