@iSlapTrees: No, unearthed creatures are exiled when they leave play. You're not activating an ability or casting a spell.

Defense against Isochron Sceptor... somewhat.

Potentially useful, especially late game versus control decks or in multiplayer. Split second just shines there.

Sometimes, just getting something to leave the board, even only for a phase, is enough to tilt an uncomfortable situation.....especially against those who think they can respond to anything that happens.

Pretty brilliant because of the breadth of threats it can deal with, even if temporarily. Split second often gives no advantage in a play, but it can have a huge effect on the game at times.

Every card in Time Spiral was a throwback to at least one previously printed card.
This card references Boomerang and similar permanent bouncing spells.

It really hurts when you get something bounced that you planned on using later on in the turn such as an Elvish Piper.

When that Jace is about to go off and kill you, this is a VERY handy card.

Can you save your unearthed creatures with this?
