This is, in general, what a picture the cliche common low CMC creature to be... 1/1 for 1 vanilla, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Hell, every sac deck needs some food for that sac :D

1/1 for {U}, is... not too bad, and it has a relevant creature type, and probably my favorite flavor text on any card I had when I started playing Magic.
