Yeah, I got him in my deck twice and he's loathed by many people and tends to pop up in almost every game. I play blue/black and I need something to get rid of especially artifacts and enchantments...

He's in my blue/white. Rimewinde taskmages and unbender thines to untap the dude up to 6 times a turn :D
Then pop rules of law so they can't play stuff again at the same pace that you bounce them.

Excellent card, very useful and generally gets the opponent frustrated ^^ and yes full your deck with snow lands and you've got things sorted ! Just make sure you have some counter spells so he doesn't get knocked off by a lightning bolt

Additionally, on one hand you don't have a big assortment of duals when playing this guy in a multi-colored deck while being forced to use snow lands. Yet on the other, you can still use fetchlands, plus you only need one tiny blue mana - aside from his casting cost he doesn't even require that for activating the boomerang-effect.
PS: Still waiting for the ridiculous censorship to get removed or changed.

An excellent, reusable Boomerang in a 3/3 body. Don't like that Flameblast Dragon that just popped up? Bounce that sucker! Sigil of Distinction got you on the ropes? Gone! Only downside is the snow req, easily fixed by making all the mana in your deck snow.
