Back in the day, I thought this card was good, but not amazing. With some of the newer artifacts available now, this is practically a must have in any artifact deck. If someone has been killing themselves to get rid of your Eldrazi monument, you can just smile and bring it back for 1CC.

I would love a playset of these and Relearn for my Door to Nothingness deck.

I love the art on this one. Some sort of cyborg skeleton with awesomely creepy long fingers getting pulled back together and reassembled in a blinding flash. Probably the coolest way imaginable to represent this concept. In my opinion, the art really adds to the perceived power of the card. Just picture if the art was some dude tinkering at a work bench. I wouldn't want to play that.
It is also fun, flavorful, simple and can be quite useful in the right deck. You lose card advantage, but it only costs a single mana, allows for great combos and gives you the flexibility to reuse the most effective artifact for the current situation. And the card disadvantage is simple for a blue deck to makeup.
