This picture is one moon short of a homerun, folks.

Once upon a time, Aspect of Wolf was a respected card. Nowadays, due to power creep, it's somewhat of a joke. There's just plain better stuff out there these days. Blanchwood Armor is the most obvious upgrade, but green has lots of powerful auras to boost its creatures. Aspect of Wolf is best placed on a creature with evasion or trample to take advantage of its stat-boosting characteristics.

I'm giving this card a solid 3/5 as a long-time performer for green. Before Blanchwood Armor this was a powerhouse spell that could win games.
Blanchwood is obviously better at this point, but Aspect is still a good card.

too bad it was obsoleted by blanchwood armor, but it was holding its own anymore (power creep). It deserves props as originator of this cool, flavorful effect though.

With a name like "Aspect of Wolf ", I expected more.

I run four of these and four Blanchwood Armors in the beast deck. Sure the latter is a lot better than Aspect power-wise, but this card has one of the most beautiful illustrations in the game.
