Blue vigilance...
There are so many cards from Planar Chaos that let me think that Wizards used this set for experimenting around with the color pie.
I like most of their ideas nontheless, since blue is good in untapping stuff why not being versed in keeping creatures untapped as well? And the flavor text sounds very blue, too.
I really wish this card cost less. It's still moderately useful, though.

Great flavour, and slivers like vigilance.

Going to disagree with the art sucking, the image of a sliver slicing itself in two, forking alternate time lines and alternate existances, is not something easy to represent in art, I personally love it. Also, way too expensive. A lot of people over value slivers for constructed (for limited this would be amazing). For constructed though its way too slow.

"With a Twitch..." Heh. Flavor text is flavourful.

Poor guy just got totally outdone by Sentinel Sliver in M14, 3 less CMC for only a -1/-1 drop is quite the improvement...

There's something to be said that the very first Sliver to give Vigilance was in Planar Chaos.

I agree, great ability for slivers, but the art sucks.
