No, not terrible for Blue removal, but I'd run Ovinize and Turn to Frog over it. Sure, they require you to be in combat with the creatures, be able to deal 1 damage, or have a blanket -1/-1 effect (like Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite or Curse of Death's Hold), but they're more of a sure thing at removing that regenerating or indestructible creature than this card.

why is he good? he doesn't shrinken my deck, isn't a laser creatures and can only trade with 6 storm crows.
