This aura will anger people if used in the right deck. If you can find a way to get it to return to the battlefield without casting (Venser, the Sojourner or Oblivion Ring from exile, etc) you can even put it on hexproof/shrouded permanents. You just need a "legal object". Auras won't target unless cast. And guess what?- just about everything is a legal object with this one! Lands, Planeswalkers, artifacts, any problem in your way. It always has something to do.
It's a bit slow on it's own, but that's good! They won't counter it unless they've seen it abused before. And it IS going to work if it makes it to the battefield. It gets the effect when it leaves, no matter how.
Reality Acid will rarely ever be a completely dead card in your hand, and that's saying alot for an aura. You'll probably only need one copy in a deck that makes full use of it.

i would like to kno how i can properly use this card an enchant, so i would think i can use this card on a target oppenents creature and fater 3 turns the monster is then sacrificed or put into graveyard?

It's nice blue removal that doesn't lead to card disadvantage, but it's still fairly slow. The kinds of things you would want to use this on are the kinds of things you don't want to be around for two more turns.
