I can't help but notice they say you can't change proper nouns... twice. Once using Island Fish Jasconious as an example and another time Black Vise. Clearly R&D has been outsourcing work to the Department of Redundancy Department.

I like how the rulings say you can't Sleight card names. Someone must have tried that at one time to require that rulling.

Nerfed by misguided ruling. When cards contradict the rules, the card takes precedence. The card obviously allows a REB to be sleighted in order to counter what was originally a black card. *fuming*
