You know the effect itself is interesting, but it doesn't belong on a card with that cost.
This card would have been nice if it only affected your creatures. I mean it requires 10 mana to keep that buff permanently, or six mana at once to buff your creatures for a round.
Compare it to Glorious Anthem for example, i don't see where this should have been broken.
I guess the idea behind that was that mainly the players suffer more damage through combat, and it can be useful with creatures that have abilities that get stronger with bigger power, but i don't want to pay that much for that, especially when it backlashes when my opponents attack.
And if we get a cheaper 'general buff' one day, i might fool around a bit with cards like Meekstone or Intrepid Hero.

The weirdest thing about this card is that it gives /all/ creatures +2/+2.

use with akki coal flinger (give their creatures first strike, then after first strike damage is done, pop the thran weaponry into overdrive and laugh at them as they get their damage through and then laugh harder when your stuff is much bigger than theirs
