Obviously a very situational card. Not very good unless your opponent is playing red, and if your opponent IS playing red, he'll probably be able to burn away the creature you just gave mountainwalk to. Like all auras, Burrowing runs you the risk of card disadvantage. Even though it only costs a single mana, it doesn't do enough to warrant playing it on one of your creatures. Burrowing could combo nicely with Magical Hack, but that would turn bad card disadvantage into REALLY bad card disadvantage if your creature was subsequently destroyed. It might be better played with Phantasmal Terrain.

Always loved the art on this. It is, unfortunately, no longer a good card by today's standard, although it is pretty close to modern equivalents; see Nighthaze for example.
For a modern equivalent, try out Volcanic Strength. Not great, but at least it will provide a buff.
2/5 for legacy spin and awesome art.

Reminds me of the mole from The Legend of Dragoon, in the prairie.
Nostalgia...

Cards not that great but the Mole in the artwork could totally be a cool card.
