Subpar removal is cool for limited; usually removal is really highly picked, even if it's not ideal. So when we have cards like dehydration, which are bad, but they are removal, and are in colors that don't get good removal... it brings up interesting questions. Pretty cool.

Dehydration doesn't tap the card.
It only keeps it from untapping naturally.
I feel as though this is just a tad overcosted, anyways.
Could probably pass for 3 mana, seeing as it doesn't stop abilities that don't require tapping, static abilities, they can still be untapped by other means, and it hardly slows down creatures with vigilance.

This cards is really overcosted; just look at the Curse of Chains, for example...

This is the most overpriced enchantment I've ever seen. It boggles the mind as to why it keeps getting reprinted when it is just so bad and flavorless.

Can anyone tell me, if I tap a creature with dehydration, the enchanted creature ever gets to be untapped?
