More like Hermetic Study, which was also in Urza block.

5 out of 5 just for sheer combo possibility. Better than must of the untap cards in shadowmorr block IMO, as it tends to cost far less mana to untap it. (Although I guess it would depend on the additional effect you get from the untap as well)

The card used was Earthcraft. it's a pretty nice combo, especially if you have a Blaze or Fireball

This + Gorgon Flail + any of the tap-damage cards = Blue: destroy target creature
Quite tricky to implement though

Let's just go monoblue and use hermetic study and curiosity...
going multicolor takes away from the amount of untap power if you reduce the number of islands.

back in the time of urzas block somebody got me with an infinite combo using this card. i forget what other cards they used but i think it was one that produced infinite mana to either mill my deck or give them infinte life. im pretty sure that they had a fertile ground on a land but what they had to keep untapping the land i dont remember. but well if they milled me they most likely used stroke of genius and if they gained infinite life it was probably just a stream of life
