Should only be used in limited formats or if trying to do Viashino tribal, and for the latter I am willing to bet there are better cards. Not exactly bad though, just vanilla. could probably remove 
from the manacost though.

I may have a pretty high standard for creatures, but my general rule is you take their converted mana cost ({4}), multiply that by to (to get 8) and this should be the sum of the creatures P/T combined. If it's greater than that, (for example, Savannah Lions)..then you're in business. Viashino Warrior doesn't make the grade, and as a vanilla creature has even less going for it.
