This card is really good! It's saved my butt quite a few times! For its price, you're essentially getting a creature which can kill 2/2's. What's not to like?

That's quite nice for a common, considering that this card is largely a white version of Elvish Archers.
Both of those card should have been printed as an uncommon, if you ask me.

Well, white and red get first strike cheap. So it makes sense that it's a rarity-downed Elvish Archers. It's fair at common. Besides, those precious uncommon slots need to be taken up by better things.

At uncommon, white has Knight of Meadowgrain, Sigiled Paladin and White Knight that cost two. Sure, they cost 
, but they're definitely better than this. Good common two-drop though.
