At 2 CMC, it's still a great card, but Volcanic Fallout still wins because of Instant Speed, Player Damage and the No Counter Clause...

This Card Is Easily One Of The Best Red Cards Ever I Run It In Almost All Of My Decks Its Mass Removal For Tokens Elfs And Goblins
