Red's reliable 4-drop, Hill Giant, is a decent budget alternative to Roc of Kher Ridges. The only other 3/3 for 4 at the common rarity in Revised is green's War Mammoth, which is slightly better because it tramples. The other 3/3's for 4 - Phantom Monster, Bog Wraith, and the aforementioned Roc - all have keyword abilities, but all are at least uncommon.
