Guys, I'm aware that this card is not very good and that it won't ever be used competatively, but it's not that bad. There's nothing wrong with a flier that replaces itself. Magic is about card advantage, and this guy gives you that. End of story.

Most Avens are despised for good reason, in the same way a lot of Vishano cards are mediocre or bad.
An okay card but I'll settle for Oculus or some other cheap flying or draw.
